Not sure what everyone is complaining about. The app works great. Didn't have any issues with it so far. Will update review if anything changes. Personally I like it alot better than the Geico app.

Worked flawlessly, and a LOT less hassle than by phone. Also, help came from quite a bit closer of a location than before by phone. From the initial contact to completion, took 20 minutes...awesome! Even with very poor reception the continuity of the app was seamless. Good job developers!

Same experience as others. Can't get past the verification screen because the entire page won't display, never letting you actually get to the verification "send" button. Really lazy and stupid that this still isn't fixed!! You guys must not care about your customers!!
